Braver Stronger Smarter
Our Community

"For many years I’ve thought it it was just me, that I was the only one who constantly felt like I was faking it. It’s completely liberating to know it’s not in my head, that circumstances have led me to feel this way and that I can change it"
Research Participant - Women in STEM, 2018

Braver Stronger Smarter is a response to the urgent need to advance inclusion and to provide individuals with insights to realise their true capabilities.
It recognises that current workplace practices are failing to deliver lasting and embedded results. Traditional diversity and inclusion programmes are delivering few effective changes to unlock opportunities and level the playing field for more inclusion for all and for women in particular.
Inherent bias, although often unintentional, is stifling innovation, productivity and satisfaction in people and organisations all over the globe.
Educational institutions, charged with developing a confident and capable community of individuals for the next generation, strive to support people who struggle with anxiety and a sense of 'not belonging'.
So too, our social structures are fuelling a default sense of 'not being good enough'. Constant comparison, reverence of perfectionism and a diminished sense of self worth are fuelling the experience of impostorism in many.
It doesn’t need to be this way.

"...you are braver than you believe, and stronger than you seem, and smarter than you think."
A.A. Milne

Braver Stronger Smarter is more than just a training programme or workshop.
It is a sophisticated suite of interlocking initiatives that address the fundamentals of how the feeling of being a 'fake' or 'never quite good enough' comes to be.
It's not just about the individual either. Social constructions in workplaces, schools, universities and general communities are examined and reimagined.
Braver Stronger Smarter is not so much about education or professional development, it’s a movement!
A community of like minded people with a mission to encourage individuals, teams and cultures to live into their potential without fear of failure, shortcoming or self-deprecation.
Over time, we trust this community will grow and deliver profound change to the way we live, work and how we appreciate ourselves and those around us.
We continue to undertake global research and welcome the opportunity to partner with universities and community organisations to develop bespoke research activities.
Watch this space as we encourage others to join us as advocates, associates and friends.
